Beth had many stories to tell about growing up around her great grandmother, Gram (Mary) Avery and grandmother, Rose Avery. The guests at Fernside were well fed. Life was much simpler, but was much harder than we imagine. The history of this home and its owners is displayed throughout the home with pictures and maps which add to the charm and atmosphere of this remarkable property.

There are six charming bedrooms, a bath complete with a claw foot tub, a sparkling kitchen, dining room, den, and a parlor for evening storytelling. But the best yarns will probably be heard on the wrap around porch with views of Winnipesaukee. The lovely yard features perennial gardens and flowering bushes.

This wonderful home is located in the heart of the Lakes Region and within a short distance to all Lakes Region attractions, restaurants, and activities.
