This is a 2,086 square foot, three bedroom, two bath, 1989 vintage, ranch style home on 5.5 acres that has a really great floor plan. You’ll find a master suite and kitchen on one end of the home, the living room and dining area in the middle, and two bedrooms on the opposite end. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and cathedral ceilings. Downstairs in the walkout basement there is a family room along with a new bathroom. This area could be used as an optional master suite. Other great features include new carpets, kitchen counters, and a metal roof. There is a large storage room in the basement plus a huge three car garage for all the toys. Originally priced at $979,000, it has been reduced down to $579,000 OR 78% of assessed value. It seems like a good deal to me, but you still have to wonder what it cost to build back in 1820?
